In the amazing scenario of the Apulian Trulli, an immersive wellness experience surrounded by pure nature. You will practice Yoga and meditation, eating good food, enjoying the sea, having a good relaxing time while walking, riding a horse or just having an Hammam.
During the day…
- We will start early in the morning with an energizing walk in the amazing nature around us.
- Right after the first Hormone Yoga class followed by a healthy breakfast all together.
- In the afternoon anti stress exercises and Hatha Yoga (in July) or Mindfulness Exercise (in September )
- Veggie dinner in the emotional atmosphere of the Trulli under the starry sky of Apulia.
A unique experience, the ideal vacation to rebalance your hormones, reconnects with your soul and the nature, reinforce and energize your body.
It is dedicated to those who practice yoga, but also to those who simply want to start the day by taking care of themselves, learning anti-stress breathing exercises.
The retreat is open to Woman and Man but Hormone Yoga should not be practiced by: pregnant women, women with severe endometriosis, men and women with any neoplasia caused by hormonal problems, severe osteoporosis, recent abdominal surgery or suffers of abdominal pain of unknown cause.

The sequence of dynamic exercises combined with specific breathing technique aims to stimulate the endocrine glands and to rebalance naturally hormonal production. The sequence of Hormone Yoga will be explained and practiced so that it can be repeated in autonomy when returning home.
Furthermore, Hormone Yoga improves metabolism, activates the system circulatory and strengthens the immune system.

WHO WE ARE
Susie, born in Prague, spends her childhood in South Africa, where she completes her studies. She moved to the United States where for 18 years she assumed leadership roles in various charitable and art-related organizations. In 1992 she moved to India to follow her husband. It is there that her love for Indian culture and scriptures is born, along with the desire to share what she has been taught and experienced in Yoga practices.
Susie has devised a Yoga and Ayurveda Wellness course which she leads at School of Inspired Leadership, Gurgaon, India. She has been a Senior Executive Trainer for ten yearsin a project for the training of managers.
She is a credited Yoga teacher of Hatha Yoga Sivananda since 2002.
She studied in India for many years taking also courses of Vipassana Meditation and ayurveda.
She met and studied with some of the most important master of Yoga like Master Mansoor learning from the many and different Indian cultures and traditional disciplines.
She has degrees in many disciplines like chair Yoga, Yoga for kids, Tai Yoga and Massage.
I also collaborates with antiviolence center.
In 2016 she met Dinah Rodrigues, the ninety-year-old Brazilian creator and promoter of a special yoga sequence called Hormone Yoga Therapy. With her, she learnt to teach different kinds of Hormone Yoga Therapy practices: anti-stress for menopause and women, for men’s hormones, and for diabetes.
Since then she is strongly committed in trying to promote and spread Dinah’s practices through a series of courses and seminars in several cities from North to South Italy.
Consultant to international companies in the design sector. Co-founder of the Association DComeDesign for the promotion of female creativity. Since 2000 she leads innovation laboratories for companies and institutions based on ethical and social values.
She deals with strategic design and training with its own methodology in poor countries, collaborating in development and empowerment projects in Asia and Africa by Foundations
International and for UNIDO – United Nations Industrial Development Organization.
YOGA RETREATS AT YCS TRULLIMARE
The white of the Apulian trulli, the stone cones, the colors of the Valle d’Itria, place of perceptions and silences, of encounter and discovery, they constitute perfect place for recharging and filling up power.
The YCS TRULLIMARE interdisciplinary project was born in 2015 to search, through the breath and meditation, the union between mind and body, awakening in everyone the sensitivity and creativity.
